Continental Roofing is a family owned and operated business with high standards on quality, value and customer service. We specialize in residential and commercial roofing. We have four different locations and our headquarters is located in Madison, AL.
Description:
Continental Roofing Company, LLC is looking for two self-motivated, organized individuals to assist our staff with administrative and marketing duties for the summer of 2012. Students will gain real world experience working in the construction industry. Students with an entrepreneurial spirit and goal-oriented mindset will gain invaluable professional insight into what it takes to run a small business. Students will be required to work 20 hours a week at our Madison, AL location and will receive a weekly stipend.
Qualifications:
- College Undergrad obtaining a Business Administration or Liberal Art degree: All majors encouraged to apply
- Available 20 hrs/week: May-August Summer 2012
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media
Responsibilities:
- Complete administrative tasks including: filing, processing paperwork, answering phones, sending letters and running errands.
- Research potential advertising/marketing campaigns and create presentation which will be delivered to the owners at the end of the internship.
- Work alongside the project manager and other staff gaining professional insight on sales.
